What an Idea Sirji!!!

Here is the bitter TRUTH we all know: You can't TALK if you don't have balance in your phone... agreed!

But why can't we make a CALL despite ZERO Balance??? Don’t let me talk but at least allow me to ring that number so that he/she might call back!!!

Not every emergency means Dial 100 or 911! And we all know how responsive they are…sorry but that’s how it is and I never shy away to call a spade a spade; our policing system is in dire straits…approaching a policeman is in fact embarrassing and humiliating at times.

Murphy’s Law says "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong" that means you will run out of balance just before you have to make an urgent call or run into trouble.

After what had happened in Delhi on the tragic night of 16^th December 2012, it would be a blessing in disguise for girls to make a call on any number despite Zero Balance.

Also this is the least our Government can do for its citizen, women in particular if they really mean to make a difference!!!!

Though I insist women should never run out of balance in their mobiles and should always keep few ICE numbers (In Case Of Emergency) on Speed Dial.

I don't know about the Technical feasibility of how it would be done but I know some way or the other IT CAN BE DONE!!!

Also there is economics involved which is quite interesting and lucrative for Telecom Companies.

Let me explain: A call is being made from the other end which means revenue. Some of you will say that it doesn't benefit Telecom Service provider 1 ; as  the call-back is being made from Telecom Service provider 2 but eventually it will all even out in the long run.
